About CocoFlora

Fresh flowers, thoughtfully arranged and delivered across Singapore

CocoFlora hand-arranged bouquet

Who We Are

CocoFlora is a Singapore florist arranging fresh bouquets to order. We are a registered Singapore company, CocoFlora Pte. Ltd., UEN 202545688W, and we have been delivering flowers across the island since November 2025.

We are small and deliberately so. Bouquets are arranged to order rather than pulled pre-made from a chiller, which is the reason we cap same-day orders at 2 PM instead of promising a cut-off we could not keep.

What Happens After You Order

No part of this is automated beyond the payment. Someone reads your order, arranges the bouquet, writes the card and hands it to the driver.

  • Arranged to order. Every bouquet is hand-tied after your order comes in, not selected from stock built earlier in the week.
  • Your message, handwritten. The personalised card is included in the price rather than added at checkout.
  • Delivered islandwide for a flat $15. No premium-area surcharge and no minimum spend. Self-collection near Springleaf / Sembawang is free.
  • Same day when you order before 2 PM, subject to what is in the studio that morning.

What We Will and Will Not Promise

Flowers are a seasonal, perishable product, and a florist who claims otherwise is not being straight with you. So here is exactly where we stand.

Your bouquet may not match the photograph stem for stem. What we guarantee to match is the colour scheme, the flower type, and the size and value you paid for. What can vary is the exact blooms used and the wrapping, depending on what arrived fresh that morning.

If it arrives wrong, we fix it. Send us photographs within 24 hours of delivery and you can have a full refund, a free replacement, or store credit, whichever suits you. After 24 hours we cannot take flowers back, because by then nobody can tell how they were kept.

We do not claim to be the cheapest florist in Singapore, and we do not run permanent "sales" against inflated prices. The price you see is the price, plus the flat $15 delivery.

Flowers in a Home With Pets

This is the question we get asked most often and the one most florists answer badly. Lilies cause kidney failure in cats from pollen alone. Tulips, hydrangeas and carnations are all on the ASPCA toxic list, and so is the asparagus fern that turns up in bouquets as filler because it looks good.

Of the ranges we stock, roses and sunflowers are the two the ASPCA lists as non-toxic to cats and dogs, and those are what we build pet-home bouquets from. Tell us it is going to a home with animals and we will keep the greenery to the safe list too, which is the part that usually gets missed. We are florists rather than vets, so every classification we quote comes from the ASPCA plant database, checked entry by entry.

The full breakdown is in our pet-safe flowers guide, and our pet birthday and celebration flowers page pulls the safe ranges into one place.

How to Reach a Person

WhatsApp on +65 8885 8773 is the fastest way to reach us, and it is a person rather than a bot. You can also email orders@cocoflora.sg for orders or support@cocoflora.sg for anything that has gone wrong.

We are on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, where the bouquets you see are ones we actually sent.
