How do I place an order? +

Ordering from CocoFlora is easy!

  1. Browse our collections and add flowers to your cart
  2. Click "Proceed to Checkout" when ready
  3. Fill in delivery details and your card message
  4. Complete payment via Stripe (secure credit/debit card)
  5. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately

We'll contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your delivery timing!

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayNow
  • GrabPay

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, so your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order? +

Modifications: Contact us ASAP via WhatsApp at +65 8885 8773. We can usually accommodate changes if we haven't started preparing your bouquet yet.

Cancellations: Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. For future-dated orders, contact us at least 24 hours before delivery for a full refund.

Where do you deliver? +

This includes residential, offices, hospitals, and hotels. Just provide the full address and postal code when ordering.

What are your delivery hours? +

We offer flexible delivery time slots:

  • 9AM - 12PM
  • 12PM - 3PM
  • ️ 3PM - 6PM
  • 6PM - 9PM
  • ⏰ Anytime (we'll choose the best time)

Note: Same-day delivery depends on availability. Order early for best results!

How much is delivery? +

Delivery is a flat rate of $15 island-wide, regardless of location!

What if the recipient is not home? +

We'll try our best to deliver successfully!

  • Our driver will call the recipient first
  • We can leave with building security/reception (if authorized)
  • For condos/apartments, we can leave at the door if you specify

Pro tip: Add delivery instructions like "Leave with security" or "Call 30 mins before arrival" when ordering!

Can I change the delivery date/time? +

We can usually reschedule if we haven't started preparing your order yet (at least 4 hours notice preferred).

Do you offer same-day delivery? +

What if the flowers don't look exactly like the photo? +

Each bouquet is handcrafted with love, so slight variations are natural!

We'll always match:

  • Overall color scheme and vibe
  • Flower type (roses, lilies, etc.)
  • Size and value

Minor differences:

  • Exact flowers used (depends on seasonal availability)
  • Wrapping style may vary slightly
  • Natural variations in bloom size/shape

How does your flower subscription work? +

Choose from 3 plans: Bloom Petite ($45/mo, 1 delivery), Bloom Duo ($168/mo, 2 deliveries), or Bloom Lifestyle ($188/mo, 4 deliveries). Fresh seasonal flowers delivered to your door. Pause or cancel anytime. View plans.

What is BloomPass rewards? +

BloomPass is our credit system. Purchase credits and get bonus value: $100β†’$110, $200β†’$230, $300β†’$360. Credits are valid for 12 months and can be used on any order.

How do COCO referral codes work? +

After your first order, you'll receive a unique COCOXXXXX code. Share it with friends β€” they get $5 off their first order (min $60), and you earn $5 credit when their order is delivered. Max 3 referral credits per month.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription? +

Yes! You can pause, resume, or cancel your subscription anytime from your My Account page. No cancellation fees.
